The apartment has a spacious kitchen like "those of the past", two large bedrooms, and a bathroom. The apartment is on the first floor compared to street level. The layout of the rooms is that of the period, a long corridor with large windows overlooking the inner courtyard and the different rooms that develop along the other side of the corridor. The kitchen is simple with a large table in the center for family gatherings, a fireplace that once warmed the rooms now closed, and furniture and pantries around. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. One has a double bed, the other a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower.
