The NOLA House is a recently renovated and well-equipped two-room apartment in the center of Colico, a short distance from the lakeside pedestrian path and various bars and restaurants. Upon entering the apartment, you will find a spacious living room with a kitchen, dining area, TV, and a comfortable sofa bed. There is also access to the balcony with a splendid view of the mountains. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four people, the kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped, and many other services are available including a TV and a dishwasher. Colico is a beautiful town on the upper shores of Lake Como, a strategic point for those who want to explore the lake and visit the valleys of Valtellina or Valsassina. It is well connected to Milan - Lecco - Valtellina via the highway and railway line.
