A Welcome Book will be at your disposal to provide advice on local activities and restaurants, making your stay even more pleasant and personalized. According to Italian regulations, it is necessary to provide an identity document for all guests during check-in before accessing the apartment. In addition, we ask our guests to sign a tourist lease agreement. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. SMOKING POLICY: Smoking inside the accommodation is strictly prohibited. In case of violation of this prohibition, a penalty of 300 euros is foreseen. Smoking is only allowed outside on the balcony. We ask all our guests to respect both private and common spaces, contributing to ensuring a harmonious environment for everyone.
The area has an excellent connection to public transport. The stops of the Metro M2M3 are easily reachable on foot in a few minutes, as well as the Central Station from which shuttle trains depart to the main airports of Milan and trains direct to all of Italy. Furthermore, there are bike, scooter, and car rental services available through dedicated apps, offering additional mobility options for guests.
