The house on Via Sole is composed as follows: on the ground floor there is a kitchen equipped with everything, including a coffee machine and washing machine, a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet, a living room with a sofa bed, 42-inch TV, table and chairs, and air conditioning. On the first floor, there is a large double bedroom with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioning, and TV, a small bedroom with a bunk bed, clothes hanger, and ceiling fan. Additionally, there is a terrace that can be reached through an area that is still under renovation but can be used. The house on Via Sole is in the center of everything, 30 meters from the Petrolo beach and 1020 meters from the pedestrian island with all the grocery stores, restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars, ATMs, pharmacies, etc. Going down the narrow streets and staircases, you reach the marina, a very popular area where in the morning you can find fresh fish directly from the fishermen's boats and the castle, a symbol of the town.
