The Lifeclass Hotels Complex is located in Portorož, the famous thermal and seaside town on the Slovenian coastline. Premium roulette hotels are: Grand Hotel Portorož, Riviera or Slovenija. All year long, Terme Portorož offer you the opportunity to swim in heated seawater pools and thermal water, and to try out the programs of seven wellness centers based on wellness, beauty, recreational and medical services. Relax in our pools! Outside in the fresh air or inside. In cold or warm water. Any time, 365 days per year. The youngest ones will have some fun in one of the children's pools. Did you know that you can walk from your room to our special swimming pools with thermal water (Prehistoric Sea) and swimming pools with heated sea water (Sea Spa) in your bathrobe? The modern fitness center where you can practice different workouts, extends over 180m2. You will be advised by a team of trainers working closely with a team of physiotherapists, nutritionists and doctors. The playroom located in Hotel Apollo is a place where time stands still while you play. Our animators are fun and educational with the children. The playroom offers complete entertainment for children aged 4 to 12.

Beach

Meduza, the unique beach of LifeClass Hotels Portorož, is one of the most exclusive beaches in the Adriatic. It is distinguished by its excellent location and superior service offerings. The white Istrian stone at the edge of the beach is blended with the blue sea and a fresh image of landscaped greenery. In the natural shade of the Meduza Exclusive bar, guests are offered daily fresh summer salads, snacks, fruit, an excellent choice of ice creams and various refreshing beverages and fine drinks. The beach is open from June 15 to September 15. 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella: 20 €/day.

Animals Policies

25 €/night (dogs up to 15 kg are allowed, to be paid on spot). Animals are only allowed in designated rooms. Prior announcement is required, which must be confirmed by the hotel.

Know before to go

Sea Spa seawater pools are closed from 22.06.2026. till 05.07.2026. The Thermal Pool and Sauna Park will be closed in summer from 06.07.2026. till 14.08.2026. During the closure of the thermal pool, guests will still have access to the other pool complex with heated seawater and saunas, Sea Spa. Both pool complexes are never closed at once, guest always have one or the other pool and of course the hotel beach at disposal. All thermal services, massages, mud, medical and physiotherapy services will operate uninterrupted. In the event of high occupancy, the hotel will organise two sittings or a double schedule for dinner at the hotel restaurant.
