LOCATIONThe Sina Centurion Palace is in the 19th-century Palazzo Genovese in Dorsoduro, which is considered the oldest of Venice’s districts and down the centuries become a hub of contemporary excellence. It is in a magnificence and exclusive location: directly overlooking the Grand Canal next to the Basilica of Santa Mariadella Salute, between the Punta della Dogana and the Peggy Guggenheim Museum. St. Mark's Square, the heart of the city, is easily reached on foot across the Accademia Bridge. DINING AT ANTINOO'S RESTAURANTAt Antinoo's Restaurant you can savour the contemporary flavour of Venice, choosing between the White Room and the Red Room. In the White Room the embossed geometric shapes of the walls in white tones, create a natural setting for the refined ambience, where nothing is left to chance and diners are enveloped in the spectacular natural light from a French window overlooking the Grand Canal.In summer you can choose to relax in the warm shades of red on the curvy sofa in the Red Room with its spectacular views of Venice.The restaurant has recently obtained Due Forchette by Guida del Gambero Rosso 2025, and the Veneto Food Excellence Award 2025. HISTORYPalazzo Genovese was built at the end of the 19th century in neo-Gothic style and blends perfectly into Venice’s stunning architecture. The façade on the Grand Canal has numerous windows, and the entrance on Campo di San Gregorio leads to a lovely garden with bamboos and an old well.During renovations they found the ancient remains of the destroyed monastery of San Gregorio. Then, after further excavation, they brought to light the remains of 9th-century wooden dwellings and finally, a 7th-century stone building in which they found a rare coin.
