Description

Only a few steps from the sea, gracefully imbedded in a healing embrace of fragrant Mediterranean park, provides an ideal atmosphere for a family holiday and relaxation. The surrounding rocky coast is on a gentle incline to the sea, and many of the apartments at the Splendid Istria afford spectacular views over the Adriatic Sea, as well as over Pula’s charming seafront promenade – Lungomare. The Splendid Golden Rocks Croatia resort attracts families in particular, because of its child-friendly policies, and perfect seaside location. At the hilltop of the tourist complex is Fort Bourgignon, which dates back to the Austro-Hungarian period, and is a magnificent example of architecture and history which guests find fascinating.

Accommodations

Splendid Resort consists of 218 apartments (completely renovated in 2005). All apartments  are air-conditioned and have a balcony. Modernly and comfortably furnished with full equipped kitchen with coffee maker, satellite flatscreen TV, fridge and freezer. All apartments are with shower bath. Apartments A 2+2: living room with sofa bed (140x190 cm), one bedroom with two single beds (2x 80x190 cm), air conditining, fully equipped kitchenette with spacious refrigerator including freezer, cooking rings, kettle and coffee machine, bathroom with shower and hair dryer, LCD Flat screen TV, telephone with direct dialing, safe deposit box, furnished balcony. 32-40 sqm, park or sea side. Apartments A 3+2: living room with sofa bed (140x190 cm), one bedroom with two single beds (2x 80x190 cm) and extra bed (80x190 cm), air conditining, fully equipped kitchenette with spacious refrigerator including freezer, cooking rings, kettle and coffee machine, bathroom with shower and hair dryer, LCD Flat screen TV, telephone with direct dialing, safe deposit box, furnished balcony. 40-55 sqm, park or sea side.

Beach

rocky and pebbly beaches some 100 metres from the resort natural shate: pine trees deck chairs and beach umbrella rental dressing cabin lifeguards at the beach

Animals Policies

12 € per night (must be reported at the time of booking - to be paid on spot).

Included

accommodation in the selected type of apartment with self catering, breakfast at the restaurant "Sunset" (only in case of booking BB board), use of electricity, water, gas and air conditioning, bed liniens (change every 7 days) and towels (change every 3 days), final cleaning (except kitchenette), Wifi (around the reception and the pool), use of outdoor swimming pool with seawater (according to weather conditions), activity programs for adults and child (from mid May until mid September), miniclub (from mid May until mid September), parking (according to availability, previous reservation is not possible), tourist tax.

Not included

deck chairs and sun umbrellas by the pool and on the beach, pet fee: 12 € per night (to be paid on spot), all personal extras and others that are not mentioned in "The price includes" section.
