Inaugurated in 2002 and constantly modernised, Hotel La Coluccia is located on the north-eastern coast of Sardinia, near Santa Teresa Gallura. It is immersed in a natural oasis, overlooks the island of Spargi and the La Maddalena Archipelago National Park and is surrounded by Mediterranean scrub that extends to the Conca Verde beach. Access to the sea, just 80 meters away, is through an English lawn garden and a small pine forest. Most of the rooms face the sea, the others overlook the internal garden or the protected green area. The common areas are located on the ground floor of the main building: the reception with the adjacent lounge bar, the main restaurant with a bright veranda overlooking the sea and the swimming pool. The wellness center and fitness area can be reached by lift or a few steps at the side of the pool. The Beach Club Restaurant and Bar is equipped with tables overlooking the Island of Spargi and a few steps from the water.

Accommodations

Completely renovated in 2023 and furnished with a contemporary, fresh and simply functional style, they are bright and equipped with every comfort. Some have a magnificent view of the sea and the others overlook the lush internal garden or the protected state area rich in natural vegetation. They are all equipped with a terrace or veranda, furnished with chairs and table, flat-screen SAT TV, minibar, telephone, safe, air conditioning, machine with a selection of tea and coffee, private bathroom with hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers. Superior Design Rooms: completely renovated in 2023 (maximum 2 people + cot), bathroom with shower. They all have a small veranda or terrace overlooking the garden or the protected green area. Approximately 20 m2. Junior Suite Garden: a single large room with a double bed and a living room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, coffee table and armchairs. Bathroom with shower, some with bathtub and double sink. The terrace or veranda is furnished with a table and chairs. approximately 30 m2. Junior Suites with sea view: some with a spectacular view of the island of Spargi, others with a side sea view, they are arranged in a single large room with a double bed and a living room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, coffee table and armchairs. Bathroom with shower, some with bathtub and double sink. The terrace or veranda is furnished with a table and chairs. Approximately 30 m2.

Beach

The hotel directly overlooks the Conca Verde beach, also equipped with a pier for docking dinghies and small boats, both managed externally to the hotel.
